How do I create an account?

• Click on the Sign Up button on the homepage.
• Enter your details and verify your email.
• You’re ready to start chatting!

How do I log in?

• Click the Log In button.
• Enter your username and password.
• If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

How do I start a chat?

• After logging in, go to the Contacts or Chat Rooms section.
• Click on a contact or room to start messaging.

How do I send pictures or files?

• Use the attachment icon 📎 in the chat input area to upload images or files.

How do I change my profile info?

• Go to Settings > Profile.
• Update your info and save changes.

How do I change my password?

• Visit Settings > Security > Change Password.
• Follow the prompts to update your password.

I can’t log in. What do I do?

• Double-check your username and password.
• Reset your password if needed.
• Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
• Contact support if the issue persists.

Messages aren’t sending.

• Check your internet connection.
• Refresh the page or log out and back in.
• Make sure you’re using the latest version of TempelChat.

Is my chat private?

Yes. TempelChat uses end-to-end encryption to keep your messages secure.

How do I report abuse?

Use the Report button in the chat or contact support immediately.
